*Please note - your finished product depends heavily on the quality of your photos. Out of focus or over/under-exposed images cannot be corrected. Please keep this in mind when selecting photos for your gift!

How do I order?
Use the 12 Month, At A Glance or Magnetic calendar links to order online*. Once your order is placed, all you need to do is email or send us your photos, named by month, (or other items such as drawings, etc.) and include any captions/special dates you wish to have added - we take it from there to design your unique personalized photo calendar gift. (See our How to Order page for more detailed instructions).

You will receive an email with a PDF proof of your custom designed photo calendar for approval before printing/shipping. Be sure to add info@ClassyCalendars.com to your address book, or check your junk/bulk mail folder if you do not hear from us!

*Please email BEFORE ordering 10 or more duplicate items, or if you are a global shipping customer. We will email you a custom invoice with the quantity discount and/or global shipping amount applied. Thank you!

What standards must my photos and other files meet?
Due to the unique design of our photo calendar gifts and the fact that you can use more than one photo on each page, smaller files are able to be used than with most other retailers. Tiff, JPEG or PSD files are welcome.

Prints from wallet to 8.5x11 in size
Digital photos emailed as attachments, or mailed on CD.
Any letter size or smaller flat artwork (announcements, children’s drawings, diplomas, etc. If sending an important or keepsake document, please send color copy, not original).
Copyrighted material cannot be reproduced without written release. This includes most professional portraits.
Minor color/contrast and red eye and cropping adjustments will be made as needed. However, photos must be of good, clear quality. Finger prints, too light/dark, or out of focus prints cannot be corrected. The quality of your finished product depends heavily on the clarity of your photos! Any flaws in a photo will become even more apparent when enlarged and printed! Keep this in mind when submitting your photos.
Please do not send pre made collages. We need individual photos or other artwork for our workflow purposes.
Mailed files and photos will be returned with your order.

How long before I receive my custom designed photo calendar gift?
You will receive your PDF proof via email in 3 business days once we receive your photos.

NOTE - If you have filtering set in your email program, be sure to allow email from info@ClassyCalendars.com, or check your bulk or junk email folder.

We will ship your order within approximately 2 business days of approval of your proof, depending on the size of the order. Allow average First Class mailing time.

NOTE - ClassyCalendars.com cannot be responsible for USPS Mail delivery. We use USPS Priority Mail including Delivery Confirmation on all US orders. Please email us for global or expedited shipping options and cost.
